      Emilie Clairet

      Doctor in Medicine
      Holistic Nutritionist
      Certified in Sport and Nutrition

      A registered medical doctor in her native France, Dr. Emilie Berthet Clairet practised in the specialist field of human biology before moving to Hong Kong 11 years ago. Inspired after becoming a mother of three, she turned her attention to her greatest passions: nutrition, fitness and holistic health. Today, Emilie works as a nutritionist and holistic practitioner. Her approach recognises that everyone is different, with varying genetics, tastes and lifestyles, and that each person has their own healthy way of life to find.
       
      Emilie doesn’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” diet or exercise regimes. Instead, she focuses on the diversity of her clients and their individual traits to help them become healthier and establish “good habits”, taking into account each individual’s unique lifestyle.
       
      Most people can stick to short-term plans or regimes. What’s harder is making long-term, positive changes – a “healthy habit” is only really healthy if you keep it for good. Emilie understands this and uses her comprehensive medical background to apply a holistic approach to each and every patient, helping them feel better about themselves and setting them up for health and success in the future.

      Anara Batyrgaliyeva

      Certified Meditation Teacher

      Positive Psychology Practitioner

      Anara is a Certified Meditation Teacher and Positive Psychology Practitioner. She

      completed the Meditation Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, where she acquired

      in-depth knowledge of meditation, breathing techniques and the spiritual elements of

      meditation teaching. In her work, she combines meditation practices with positive

      psychology interventions to create a healing experience by promoting individual

      well-being and increasing positive emotions.

       

      Anara’s meditation and self-discovery journey started 10 years ago. Meditation has

      impacted every single aspect of her life in a positive way. By seeing all the amazing

      changes in her life, she was inspired to help other people on their journey, and she

      created the project “Safe Space Hong Kong”, where she teaches modern and

      accessible form of meditation.

       

      Anara’s work is a bridge connecting simple and effective meditation techniques to

      ancient traditions and practices. She helps her students clear away their fears and

      worries, gain deep inner peace, transform their lives and reach new levels of

      happiness and fulfillment.

      Tammie Tsang

      Functional Nutritionist

      Tammie Tsang, is a professionally trained cook and a certified functional
      Nutrition Consultant based in Lantau Island, Hong Kong.

      Tammie attended Natural Gourmet Institute, New York and Bauman College,
      California. She has worked in mission-based restaurants such as Blue Hill at
      Stone Barns in New York (2 Michelin stars), has cooked in the prestigious James
      Beard House in New York, and Grassroots Pantry, Hong Kong.

       

      As a mother of one, Tammie advocates consumption of real and whole foods
      that are both delicious and nutrient-dense.

       

      Tammie’s life mission is to empower through functional nutrition awareness.
      Which begins with the philosophy that, what we eat directly impacts the
      balance of our body systems, resulting in either a thriving or symptomatic
      wellbeing.
